لاہور: بھارت میں پاکستانی ہائی کمیشن کی کوششیں رنگ لے آئیں۔آزادکشمیر سے مقبوضہ کشمیرزبردستی لے جائےگئےپانچ سالہ بچےکی پاکستان واپسی ہو گئی.

تفصیلات کے مطابق پانچ سالہ معصوم افتخار جب پاکستانی سرحد میں پہنچا اور اپنی ماں کے چہرے کو دیکھ کر اسکی خوشی کی انتہا نہ رہی جبکہ ماں کی آنکھیں بھی خوشی کے مارے نم ہو گئیں ۔افتخار احمد کا والد زبردستی اس کو ماں سے چھین کر مقبوضہ کشمیر لے گیا تھا جس کے بعد بچے کی والدہ نے بیٹے کی حوالگی کیلئے بھارتی عدالت سے رابطہ کیا تھا۔

2016 ء میں بھارتی عدالت نے بچہ پاکستانی ماں کے حوالے کرنے کا فیصلہ سنایا تھا۔اس سے قبل پاکستان ہائی کمیشن کے ترجمان خواجہ معاذ کے مطابق بچہ پاکستانی ہائی کمیشن کی تحویل میں ہے۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ بچے کی حوالگی کے لئے پاکستان ہائی کمیشن حرکت میں آیا اور اب افتخار کی واپسی کے تمام اخراجات پاکستان ہائی کمیشن برداشت کرے گا جبکہ بچے کو کچھ دیر کے بعد جموں سے امرتسر اور پھر واہگہ اٹاری پر اس کی ماں کے حوالے کیا جائے گا.
